C A N C E L L A T I O N P O L I C Y
We understand that sometimes life happens and you may have to cancel an appointment at short notice, please note that it is very difficult for us to fill appointments at short notice, but if we do we will not charge you a cancellation fee. To cancel your appointment, kindly contact the salon directly at 01903 446399 and talk to one of our team members. Please note that we do not accept written messages on social media or email as a means of notice since these channels are not constantly monitored. • Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours of your appointment start time will be charged at 50% of the total appointment cost. • Cancellations within 23 hours (or no-shows) will be charged at 100% of the total appointment cost. • Appointment reminders will be sent 72 hours before your appointment so please contact us as early as possible to avoid your card being charged.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Allergy Testing is required by law, we must see you to perform a skin/patch test. Allergy Alert Tests (skin-tests) are required prior to any first colour service or after a colour break of 12+ wks. You can find more information on the importance of Allergy Alert Testing and our policies in our FAQs. We do implement an age restriction on all colouring service, we will not colour childrens hair who are under 16 years old. Valid ID may be required for proof of age. Consultations are required for ALL new colour clients and clients returning to us after an extended period over 6 months or those looking for a total colour transformation. Our ethical colouring policy means all colouring services include a prescriptive deep pre colour conditioning treatment or bond builder to protect & strengthen your hair throughout your colouring service. Colour Prices do not include cutting or styling, this must be added to the booking to complete the service. All colours must be booked with a blowdry in the Boutique to guarantee colour results. Please note, Toni's colour-client books are at capacity & she is not taking new colour bookings.

We focus on not only giving our clients the gift of great hair but the effects of great spirit!! Not only are we talented hairdressers, we are kind, caring and great listeners too. Gender Neutral Hairdressing We are a gender neutral salon, with no differentiation between women’s and men’s prices. Not only do we believe this is a modern approach to hairdressing, but an honest one. We have and will always treat our men’s services with the same consideration and precision that we approach our women’s services with. We believe that one price for all humans, determined by the level of stylist and time spent , not the gender of the client. To us, this makes sense and reflects the direction of the industry.
